Shipping policy

ALL SHIPMENTS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE/INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE SUBJECT TO A RETURN SHIPPING FEE. GREY SWEATPANTS INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN-TO-SENDER FEES.

Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a order number, tracking number, and carrier. You can use that number to track your package through the designated carriers tracking system.

Orders typically take between 48 and 72 hours to be processed and given to a carrier. Please allow five to ten (3-10) business days for orders to be delivered. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. 

NOTE: Orders placed after 5 PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc. DELIVERIES can take between three and ten (3-10) business days.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact the carrier assigned to your package.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

We do ship internationally. SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY.
